Channel Account Manager

Job Summary: In this key sales position, the Channel Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for fostering end-user sales, pursuing quality leads, and establishing joint meetings with prospects and value-added resellers. The CAM will play an integral role in introducing Fujifilm Data Management Solutions to the market and proactively ensuring that the Fujifilm VARs are well equipped to succeed in selling our solutions. Using professional innovation and tenacity, the CAM will establish and nurture sales pipelines through the channel partners and achieving the revenue objectives for our data management solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Proactively pursue and manage new leads to develop end-user sales opportunities and build a solid pipeline for Channel Partners/VARs
  • Proactively build and nurture partner relationships to effectively advance partner development
  • Meet the company sales financial objectives by maximizing partner activity to drive sales revenue
  • Effectively qualify new leads to determine product fit based on environment; gauge early discussions to determine interest and confirm sales opportunity before engaging field engineering resources
  • Execute sales presentations and joint meetings with end-user executives/IT management and partners, effectively answering any sales and business-related questions
  • Provide a weekly sale pipeline for each VAR to management
  • Persuasively present and demonstrate the business value proposition of portfolio of products and solutions
  • Up to 50% travel to visit partners/customers in support of sales requirements, working closely with the support and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engage directly with customers and VARs at a high level technically to drive sales
  • Experience in engaging with C-Level executives with necessary business acumen to uncover needs, discuss solutions, and demonstrate value.
  • Knowledge in business decisions that drive change in areas of data management software and hardware
  • Understand, maintain and perform work according to quality, health, safety and environmental standards
  • Perform other duties assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelorís degree in a Business-related field is required
  • Minimum 5+ years end-user and channel sales experience
  • Must have experience working in a channel driven sales model
  • Knowledge and experience in the data management and storage industry including cloud, on-premise, and S3-based solutions, 2-3 years strongly preferred
